Quote from Richard Carmichael,

Winning the Collaboration category at the IWFM Impact Awards, is a testament to the strength of our partnership with Manchester City Council across our Public Buildings FM contract. This award reflects the shared vision and teamwork that have driven us beyond traditional facilities management, allowing us to tackle ambitious decarbonisation goals, create local jobs, and deliver positive social impact. It highlights how collaboration fosters innovation and sustainable change. We look forward to continuing our journey with the Council and building on this success.
