IMPACT is governed at the very highest level within Equans at our Exec Board and details our commitments and targets against which measure our performance. We have an internal quarterly reporting cycle to report on progress which is then published annually in our IMPACT report.
All employees at Equans are also expected to include a mandatory goal relating to IMPACT, Health & Safety and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion as part of the annual objective setting exercise. This ensures that employees think about how to embed responsible business practices in their roles.
