Attending your interview
The location and format of interview can vary depending on the role you have applied for, this could be telephone, video interview or face to face. You could also have more than one interview depending on the role you have applied for. Our team will discuss this with you prior to the interview – don’t forget to highlight to us if you need any extra support for reasonable adjustments.

Interviews at Equans

- Research into our company website
- Review the job description for the role
- If you are aware of the contract you are interviewing for please research into how they work with Equans
- Prepare any work required for the interview, e.g. presentation, test’s (this will have been highlighted to your when arranging the interview)
- If your interview is via Teams make sure you are able to use Teams and have the app downloaded – ensure you are in an appropriate quiet place for the interview – log onto Teams 5/10 minutes before to make sure you are ready
- If your interview is in person pre plan your route to the location, ensure you arrive 10 minutes early and allow for disturbances or traffic
- If you are driving please check if there are specific parking instructions
- Please can you make us aware of any reasonable adjustment required for the interview
- Review job description – prepare examples that demonstrate how you meet the criteria
- Prepare some examples of your previous work or education experience
- Pre prepare questions for the interviewer
