For drivers, the GeniePoint platform provides user-friendly access to our chargers via a smartphone app or RFID access card. Our intuitive app provides real time location and charging data to drivers, enabling them to locate a charger quickly and tap to charge.
To keep drivers moving, we also have an unrivalled UK based customer care team, who are available around the clock, 365 days a year. The GeniePoint Platform’s network management functionality allows us to monitor our chargers to ensure they are fully operational at all times and resolve issues quickly.

For workplace charging, the GeniePoint system provides full flexibility to employers to set and manage tariffs on private networks.
