- Legionella Risk Assessment ServicesConducting a Legionella Risk Assessment (LRA) is a legal requirement under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. We have a highly skilled City & Guilds trained team of legionella risk assessors able to undertake LRA’s on all domestic water systems.
- Water Treatment ServicesOur comprehensive range of services are designed to provide ongoing monitoring regimes to maximise efficiency, longevity and reduce the risk of Legionella and other pathogens in your water treatment systems.
- Hot & Cold Water Monitoring ServicesWe provide a full suite of water hygiene services to monitor and maintain domestic water distribution systems across all building types and sectors, ensuring you comply with the Health and Safety Executive’s Approved Code of Practice (ACOP) L8 and Technical Guidance HSG274 Part 2 & Part 3.
- Cleaning & Disinfection ServicesOur experienced engineers carry out cleaning and chemical disinfections of storage cisterns and water systems in accordance with The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and British standards and specifications ACOP L8 HSG 274 Parts 1, 2 & 3, PD 855468 and BS8558.
- Independent ConsultancyWe provide impartial, unbiased and practical advice and support to enable our customers to operate their buildings safely, efficiency and ensure they are fully compliant.
- Legionella Monitoring ServicesOur tailored and bespoke regimes control and manage risks from legionella and other microbiological pathogens, ensuring you comply with the Health and Safety Executive’s Approved Code of Practice (ACOP) L8 and Technical Guidance HSG274 Parts 1, 2 & 3, plus other best practice guidance such as HTM 04-01 and relevant British Standards.
