GeniePoint Reward – our loyalty programme for registered drivers

Please note: GeniePoint Reward will come to an end on Monday 19th May 2025. We introduced GeniePoint Reward to thank you for your loyalty and support, and we’re proud of what the program has achieved. As we continue to invest in improving your charging experience, we are focusing on new ways to deliver even more value and convenience to our customers.

If you have any outstanding credit, we encourage you to redeem this before 31st July 2025. After this date, credit earned via GeniePoint Reward will no longer be available.

Here’s how it works:

Charge 5 times within the month (15kWh+ per charge) via the GeniePoint App or registered RFID access card. After your 5th charge within the month, you’ll earn £5 in GeniePoint charging credit. It’s that simple!

You have the chance to earn every month, which means you could unlock up to £60 credit in a year.

Whether you're a frequent commuter, weekend explorer, or just someone passionate about reducing carbon emissions, get charging from 1st July and start earning credit every single month!

Please note, this scheme is only available on the GeniePoint public charging network, when charging via the GeniePoint App as a registered customer or via a registered RFID access card.

What are the terms and conditions of this scheme?

  • This scheme will start from Monday 1st July 2024
  • To be eligible for the scheme, participants must be registered as GeniePoint customers and must charge their electric vehicles using either the GeniePoint mobile app or a registered RFID access card at any public GeniePoint charging station.
  • The minimum consumption per charge session to qualify for the scheme is 15 kWh.
  • The scheme is not applicable to charge sessions paid via contactless payments or through a charging partner app (e.g., Octopus Electroverse, Bonnet, or Zapmap).
  • Charge sessions of 15kWh+ that are completed using the GeniePoint app or a registered RFID card will automatically count towards the participant's total sessions for the scheme.
  • The scheme is valid only at public GeniePoint charging stations. Exclusions include chargers owned separately. The scheme also excludes privately owned chargers, such as those located at workplaces.
  • Eligible participants will receive their earned charging credit automatically credited to their GeniePoint accounts by the 2nd Friday of the following month.
  • The earned charging credit can be used for any charge sessions on the public GeniePoint network and will expire on the 31st March the following year.
  • GeniePoint reserves the right to amend or cancel the scheme or its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • By participating in the scheme, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
  • For any queries or assistance regarding the scheme, participants can contact GeniePoint customer support.
  • GeniePoint reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters relating to the scheme, including eligibility and disputes.
