Background
Commerzbank AG is a global German universal bank headquartered at Commerzbank Tower in Frankfurt.
The bank was founded in Hamburg in 1870 and is today among the largest credit institutions in Germany, with total assets of €534 billion as of the end of September 2022. 30 Gresham Street is an office building in Gresham Street in the City of London of nearly 400,000 sq ft and in addition to Commerzbank’s UK HQ, Investec Plc have their Global HQ in the building.
The building was sold by Commerzbank and leased back in 2018.
When built, it was described as “the biggest speculative office development in the capital”.
Relationship
Equans provide Reactive & Fabric PPM services and Hard FM to Commerzbank head office at 30 Gresham Street since 2005 where the building comprises of 1 no Data Centre & Multiple tenanted floors.
Equans provide the support on the Critical environment including the DRUPS which supports the building along with Multiple Electrical shutdowns to ascertain the condition of the Electrical Infrastructure.
HVAP site cover is provided 365 days a year on a continental shift pattern including 4 Shift operating Rick controllers, 4no Shift Engineers, 2 day Technicians, 1 Building Coordinator, 1 technical services manager, 1 no Senior administrator & Engineering services manager.
