Transforming the UK’s built environment requires the united skills and energy of our teams to create a greener and more sustainable future. However, a truly sustainable future must be inclusive and work for everybody. That’s why we’re working hard to make Equans a place where everyone can be themselves.
Be Yourself is a campaign which highlights Equans’ journey in fostering a workplace culture that champions diversity, inclusion, and equitable opportunities for all. It celebrates our people and progress while also providing an authentic view of the challenges and the opportunities to create positive change in workplace culture within our industries.
We’ve spoken with real Equans people, who share their experiences in their own words. Discover their stories, which collectively highlight how they bring so much more than just their job titles to their working lives.
