By working in partnership with local authorities, private sector funders, landowners and registered providers, we deliver much needed new homes across the UK. We have the expertise to deliver both large and small scale mixed-use developments, working with our partners to deliver truly sustainable homes and communities.

Primrose Bank
In April 2021, Equans completed the £4m Primrose Bank project which involved the construction of 19 eco-friendly, five-bedroom properties for Oldham Council, providing affordable accommodation for families in the borough.
Each home features renewable energy equipment, including photovoltaic (PV) solar panels, battery storage, dual supplies with ‘Economy 7’ technology for hot water and thermal store water, and electrical storage heating.
Each property also has a dedicated Wi-Fi unit that monitors energy usage, controlling the source provision to ensure the most effective use of renewable and stored energy.
Private Rented Homes
We use our land sourcing and construction platform to identify and secure land, plan, design and build for rent homes right across the UK.
Student Accommodation
We design, build and deliver new student accommodation and refurbish existing facilities - transforming tired buildings into high-quality, homely residences.
Infill Developments
Due to the lack of land available in built-up areas, we have developed an extensive, innovative offering of infill developments to cater for our clients' demands for additional property.
Developing Land
To speed up housing delivery, we work in close partnership with local authorities, housing associations and other landowners to identify suitable land for development.
