Leicester University
In 2019, EQUANS secured more than £200 million in contracts for a state-of-the-art student accommodation and regeneration scheme with Freemen’s Common Village LLP, the special purpose vehicle (SPV) established to design, build, fund, manage and operate the project for University of Leicester.
Private Rented Homes
We use our land sourcing and construction platform to identify and secure land, plan, design and build for rent homes right across the UK.

Due to the lack of land available in built-up areas, we have developed an extensive, innovative offering of infill developments to cater for our clients' demands for additional property.
