Tailored solutions for local authorities

We’ve been working in partnership with Local Government authorities for over a decade and have become part of the fabric of the areas we serve:

Facilities Management

We provide hard and soft Facilities Management services to council-owned property, schools and other public buildings.

Statutory Services

From Building Control to Highways and Planning, Equans runs award-winning services covering your statutory duties.

Housing Services

We manage council-owned housing stock to provide quality, homely living. We also have specialist teams who bring empty properties back into use, reducing crime and antisocial behaviour whilst increasing local housing provision.

Decarbonisation

Our Zero-Carbon partnerships pave the way to a sustainable, eco-friendly future based on the distinct profiles of individual authorities.

Digital transformation

Our agile approach and technological proficiency has seen us improve the day-to-day interactions between councils and residents, as well as play a decisive role in the way councils respond to issues as they arise.

Professional Services

Our Architects deliver a wide range of building design services including new build, refurbishment, housing adaptation, remodelling and listed building works.
