QWEST is a joint venture between Cheshire West and Chester Council and Equans that was formed in 2015.

Cheshire West and Chester Council established the QWEST framework to bring together the best of the public and private sector to develop innovative solutions that meet the challenges of public service delivery.

QWEST are a facilities and outsourcing business with experience of service delivery within the private and public sectors. Through dynamic partnerships Qwest Services can increase cost efficiency, raise standards of delivery and add social value. Services include; Building Maintenance, Cleaning & Facilities Management, Property & Project Services, Customer Services & Business Processes
