Providing EV charging facilities is a great way to generate additional revenue and increase footfall. Having on-site chargers introduces potential customers to your facilities, encouraging them to stay for longer at your sites while their EV charges.
If you own high footfall sites, we provide a fully funded solution. This means Equans covers all installation and management costs and provides you with a profit share. We own the charge point and ensure the charger is maintained and managed long term. Alternatively, you have the option to purchase the charge point outright and collect all charging revenue. With this model, Equans provides ongoing management and support through our propriety owned GeniePoint platform. We can work with you to find the best solution for you needs and goals.
Before carrying out any installation works, we will create a full proposal and project plan, including recommending the most suitable location for the charge points and determining if any power upgrades are needed. We then manage the full installation process from start to finish, providing a hassle-free service.
If you are not the landlord, no problem. We manage the full end-to-end process, including communicating directly with your landlord to agree the legals.
