Training, development and upskilling activities are delivered through a tried and tested five-point methodology and all job roles are mapped to a training community of the Learning Management System. This then feeds into a training matrix.
We will ensure that your training needs are met via our Academy, which provides a ‘one stop shop’ for everything learning-related and brings together a wealth of training from across the business: be it face-to-face or via our e-learning platforms. A Talent and Succession plan for each member of staff records where employees want to progress their careers and supports any training they may require.
