Air Conditioning InspectionsTM44 legislation requires all air conditioning systems with an effective rated output of more than 12kW must have regular inspections by an energy assessor at periods of no more than 5 years apart.

The inspection will be carried out by a CIBSE Accredited Air Conditioning Inspector and the report issued will be valid for 5 years after which you will be required to have a further inspection.
The report will be issued in the Department of Communities and Local Government recommended format using Sterling eVolve software or similar for uploading on to the Landmark Registry. Included is also a review of all maintenance records and an assessment of the cleanliness, condition and performance of all air-conditioning plant and equipment.
