Due to a regulatory requirement to update security when processing card payments, the option to process payments with credit or debit cards on our portal or taking payment over the phone using credit or debit cards will not be possible from Midnight Friday the 14th of October 2022, until further notice. We are working very hard with our 3rd party suppliers to resolve the issue and reinstate the card payment option as quickly as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience you experience as a result.
You can still make direct payments via your Online Banking Facility, to the account number and sort code detailed on your energy bill. Please remember to add your Customer Account Number as your reference.
Note for Pre-pay customers:
Your emergency credit of your meter has temporary been increased to £25.
If your meter is switched off because of you not being able to top up your accounts balance on your meter, please call our Helpdesk on phone number 0800 999 5080 during office hours:
Mon-Fri 08.00-18.00
Saturday 08.00-13.00, to require personal assistance in the matter.
During the weekend the 15th-16th of October between 09.00-21.00 there will be extra resources available to support you with a prepayment meter for top up queries.
