2024 Future Jobs Travel Voucher T&Cs 

1. These terms (the “Terms”) relate to a competition conducted via www.equans.co.uk in relation to 2024 Future Jobs Travel Voucher(the “Competition”). 
2. The Competition is brought to you by Equans Services Ltd, a company registered in England with company number 00598379, having its registered office at First Floor, NEON, Q10 Quorum Business Park, Newcastle Upon Tyne, Benton Lane, NE12 8BU (“Equans”). 
3. No purchase is necessary to enter or to win the Competition and any purchase made will not increase the chance of winning. 
4. The Competition will run from 22nd November 2024 until 20th December 2024 (the “Competition Period”).  
5. By entering the Competition you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. 

6. Proof of eligibility must be provided on request. To be eligible to participate in the Competition, you must meet the following (the “Eligibility Criteria”): 

   6.1 not be an employee of Equans or any company that is, from time to time, a subsidiary or holding company of Equans or a subsidiary of any such holding company (and the terms “subsidiary” and “holding company” shall have the meanings given to them by Section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006); 

   6.2 reside in the United Kingdom; 

   6.3 be at least 18 years of age or have a legal guardian who can provide parental consent on your behalf; and 

7. Every person who meets the Eligibility Criteria shall be entitled during the Competition Period to make one entry into the Competition by the following means: 

   7.1 Equans.co.uk website 
   To enter you must submit the correct answer to the competition question through the form available on the Equans website https://www.equans.co.uk/future-jobs/competition. 

8. No applications will be accepted from agents, in bulk or from third parties. 
9. Only entries that have been completed in full will be entered in the Competition. 

10. No responsibility is accepted by Equans in respect of any: 

    10.1 late, lost, delayed or damaged entries or for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems and/or server failure, error, interruption, defect, or delay; 

    10.2 damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Competition or as a result of accepting any prize; and/or 

    10.3 technical malfunction of any sort whatsoever. 

11. The winner will receive a £250 travel voucher. Prizes, gifts and other promotional items are subject to availability and the description of the prize, gift or promotional item may be amended by Equans at any time. 
12. One winner will be chosen at the discretion of the Equans team from all qualifying entries made during the Competition Period. The prize winner will be selected on or around 20th December 2024. 
13. Equans will take reasonable steps to notify the winner via the email provided by the person entering the competition. Failure to claim a gift, prize or other promotional item within 7 days of notification may result in the prize being awarded to the next randomly selected eligible entrant. The prize will be sent by recorded delivery to an address provided by the Competition winner. Equans will accept no responsibility in the event the prize is late, lost, delayed or undelivered for any reason whatsoever. 
14. Equans shall be entitled to display the name of the winner on its website for a period of three months from the date on which the winner was selected. All winners give permission for their details to be used for this purpose (provided always that the use of such data will be subject to our Privacy Policy available at https://www.equans.co.uk/equans-uk-ireland-privacy-cookies-policy). 
15. Any breach of these Terms may result in a prize being forfeited in our sole discretion. 
16. Equans reserves the right to withdraw, change or cancel the Competition at any time. Equans’ decision in all matters will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
17. The prize must be taken as stated and unless otherwise specified cannot be deferred. There will be no cash or other alternative offered for any prize. 
18. Equans excludes all liability for any losses, damages and/or costs of whatever nature and howsoever arising out of or in connection with the Competition and/or any prize to fullest extent permitted by applicable laws. 

19. In entering the Competition, participants acknowledge that their personal data will be processed in accordance with Equans' Privacy Policy, available on https://www.equans.co.uk/equans-uk-ireland-privacy-cookies-policy. 

    19.1 Participants may choose to opt in to receive additional communications by selecting the following options on the entry form: 

    "I consent to receive email notifications about new job opportunities and agree to share my profile with recruiters to receive occasional digital communications regarding career opportunities." 

    19.2 Selecting this option is voluntary and will not affect competition entry. Personal data will be used only for purposes consistent with the selected preferences and in line with Equans' data protection policies. 

    19.3 A Participant’s data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without the participant’s consent. 

20. These Terms are subject to the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
